Processing Time

  • All standard orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Custom orders require additional time and will ship within 5 business days.

  • Orders are shipped only on Wednesdays and Fridays.

  • Our shipping department does not operate on weekends or holidays.

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • We ship using USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx, depending on the destination, weight, and service selected.

Free Standard Shipping

  • We offer Free Standard Shipping on all U.S. orders of $35 or more (after discounts, before tax).

Standard Shipping

  • Estimated delivery: 5–7 business days

  • Carrier: USPS Ground Advantage, USPS Priority, UPS, or FedEx

  • Cost: Varies by location and weight (free on qualifying orders)

Expedited Shipping

Note: USPS may deliver on Saturdays in some areas; however, this is not guaranteed.


Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

  • You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).

  • Tracking numbers are typically active within 24 hours.


International Shipping 🌍

  • We do ship outside the United States.

  • If you would like to place an international order, please send us a message before checkout and let us know what you’d like to order.

  • We will confirm availability, shipping rates, and estimated delivery times before you complete your purchase.

  • Delivery estimates generally range from 2–5 weeks, depending on the destination.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

  • Please provide a valid physical street address for delivery.

  • We can ship to U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses with certain restrictions.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • Adsylo Group LLC is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping (including tariffs, taxes, or import costs) are the responsibility of the customer.


Damages

  • Adsylo Group LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping.

  • If you receive your order damaged, please contact us so we can assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier.

  • Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods when filing a claim.


Personalized Items

  • Personalized items are not eligible for return.

  • If you experience an issue with your personalized order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order so we may assist you.
